A follow-up to a previous post.

This is a follow-up to my blog post from last week about Earl Nightingale’s advice to think and write about your ideas for meeting your goals. He suggested doing this an hour a day five days a week.

I discovered that it is difficult for me to stick to that task for an hour.

Twenty minutes a day every day is a good duration for me. I am pleased and surprised with the items I have listed. It will be interesting to see what a difference two hours and twenty minutes of intentional thinking a week can make.

I discovered the following video of Earl Nightingale talking about this lesson that I have on a cassette tape.

I am sure it will be worth twelve minutes of your time.
